Pre-Booking:
Aneela's Collection does not collect any advance payment for pre-booking orders. Pre-booked products
may be delayed, modified, produced in limited quantities, discontinued, become unavailable, or may
not be produced or supplied.

Pre-Booking Production & Dispatch:
availability, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics, quality requirements, operational matters, or
other circumstances. Delays or changes in estimated timelines shall not create any right to
compensation, damages, or other claim against Aneela's Collection.

Pre-Booking Cancellation:
Aneela's Collection reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, suspend, or cancel any
pre-booking at any stage due to production, availability, quality, supplier, logistical,
operational, pricing, listing, or other business circumstances. The customer may also cancel a
pre-booking at any stage before it becomes a confirmed purchase. Since no advance payment is
collected for pre-booking, cancellation does not result in any refund obligation. Cancellation or
non-availability of a pre-booking shall not create any right to compensation, damages, loss of
profit, loss of opportunity, or any other claim against Aneela's Collection.

Pre-Booking Reliance:
A pre-booking does not guarantee availability by a specific date or for a specific occasion.
Customers should not make wedding, event, travel, financial, or other arrangements based on the
expectation that a pre-booked product will definitely be available or delivered within a particular
timeframe. A pre-booking only indicates the customer's interest in purchasing the product if and
when it becomes available and is confirmed by Aneela's Collection.

Order Cancellation:
Aneela's Collection reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock unavailability,
dispatch issues, operational reasons, or other necessary circumstances.

Delivery Charges (Cash on Delivery):
Delivery charges shall be applied per separate shipment. Items dispatched together will be charged a
single delivery fee, while items with different dispatch timings (such as ready stock or delayed
dispatch) may be shipped in separate parcels, with a fixed charge of Rs. 250 applicable to each
parcel. parcel.

International Delivery:
Delivery charges for international orders are determined according to the parcel weight and
destination. Final shipping charges will be confirmed when the order is ready for dispatch.
